Affiliate Program Terms of Service

This Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") governs your participation in the Affiliate Program offered by Kurt Milla GmbH, doing business as Emplibot ("Emplibot"). By participating in the Program, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

1. Prohibited Actions

1.1 Self-Referrals

You may not use your own affiliate link to sign up for Emplibot services. Discovery of self-referrals will result in immediate termination of your account and forfeiture of any accrued commissions.

1.2 Misuse and Misrepresentation

Attempts to abuse the Program or mislead Emplibot or potential customers, including but not limited to, posting false discounts or engaging in fraudulent activities, are strictly prohibited. Such actions will lead to immediate account termination.

1.3 Advertising Restrictions

You are not permitted to run search engine ads, Facebook ads, or any other form of advertising that competes with Emplibot’s own marketing efforts, particularly those that use branded terms or domain names. Violation of this policy may result in account termination.

1.4 Impersonation

You must not impersonate Emplibot or its representatives. Do not claim to be an employee or official representative of Emplibot under any circumstances.

2. Commission and Payments

Commission Rate: Affiliates will receive a 20% commission for each referred user that signs up for Emplibot services using the affiliate's link, applicable only for the first 12 months after the initial referral.

Tracking Method: Commissions are tracked through affiliate links. The tracking is supported by cookies which last for 60 days after the initial referral. Commissions are only eligible on transactions made within this cookie duration and within the first 12 months from the initial referral date.

Payout Terms: Payments are processed on a Net-30 basis, meaning that payments are made 30 days after the end of the month in which the referred user's purchase is recorded.

Minimum Payout Threshold: A minimum payout threshold of USD 50 must be met before commissions are disbursed.

3. Changes to Terms of Service

Emplibot reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be announced on our website, and your continued participation in the Program after such modifications will constitute your acceptance of the revised terms.

4. Termination and Forfeiture

Emplibot reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Program at any time, without notice, if you violate these terms or for any other reason. This includes situations where affiliate accounts are no longer active, or where there is a suspicion of fraudulent activity or any violation of these Terms of Service. Emplibot may exercise this right at its sole discretion, without the need for prior notice or further investigation.

Upon termination, all accrued commissions will be forfeited immediately, regardless of the circumstances leading to the termination of the affiliate account.
